Support services are a key part of our offering to our clients, and extend from ad-hoc through 24/7 call out to permanent on-site support. The level of support is usually tailored to suit a client’s specific requirements, as in this way the objectives can be met in the most cost effective way. The tailoring of course has to take into account what equipment is to be supported, but it also takes into account the requirements in relation to routine maintenance, software backup and calibration activities together with the required response times to problems with the systems. Despite being based in the UK, we have successfully provided support services to overseas clients, the first line support using carefully controlled dial-up and Internet connections to the supported systems for real-time diagnostics and support.
Support services are offered not only for equipment and systems that we have supplied, but also for systems that have been supplied by others.
