Training

Customer training is an integral part of system provision.

During the design and build phase considerable thought is given to operations manuals and operator interface. Also it's important that the user interface should be intuitive and user friendly to maximise compliance and reduce operator error.

Building on these principles we provide training courses at Optimal or on site. Our courses can be delivered as one to one or one to many as appropriate, by our engineering staff who will have been involved with the project.

Training can be provided at many levels across operators, software support and maintenance engineers. Course structure can be tailored to the specific projects or topic based appropriate to customer need.

In some cases we can even provide a measure of simulation in our demonstration suite prior to live operation.
