| We pride ourselves at Optimal on being able to offer our customers a support package which is configured to suit their particular needs. Such contracts provide for peace of mind, through a fast priority response, in-line with the level of service selected. All our systems are supported of course throughout their lifecycle, but support contracts allow us to extend and prioritise the response. Each installed system is provided with a one year parts and labour warranty from the time of its completion. This is at the base level and response would be subject to availability. Upgrades are available to prioritise the warranty response. Standard Support Packages are: - Office Hours Support
