Build

A key part of the application provision is the build element. It's where complete control over manufacture and component provision can pay big dividends in quality and compliance.

Having full facilities for mechanical, electrical and systems build, we offer individual packages or OEM series build for specialist manufacturers and system providers.

Our large well-equipped workshop builds to all the relevant standards including EN60204 with
room for test and proving rigs to conduct full pre-delivery inspection. Tests can be conducted as one-time or long term 'soak' with customer engineers in attendance as appropriate.

A close working relationship between our production technicians and software engineers ensure problems are designed out before they get to site, thus ensuring a smooth build and installation cycle.
